Thai Chef - Central Bedfordshire

We have going here ever since it opened, such a wonderful place, really lovely food, and such friendly staff/owners.

Great Thai food, very helpful as wife vegetarian and allergic to soya. They cooked a very tasty takeaway I had Red Curry we also had vegetarian mixed starters.

We enjoyed a delicious takeaway from here and would definitely recommend to others. The food was ordered for a specific time slot, the food was ready for collection on time and felt very safe under the new Covid19 guidelines. We had the masaman curry it was beautiful!

Visited the restaurant tonight with a friend, the restaurant was empty so we had the place to ourselves. As we were the only diners our expectations of a good service were pretty high!! After about an hour another couple came in and were seated and served, so this now made a total of 4 in the restaurant, this was obviously too much for the waitress to cope with, after we had eaten she cleared our plates away and this was when the level of service became non existent, she seemed to disappear out the back, there were no offers of a dessert menu, more drinks, a coffee, or to even ask if the meal was ok. When the other couple asked for the bill we took the opportunity to grab her attention for our bill so that we could leave. The food was average and the potions were small, I definitely felt that the food was over priced.So much for trying to support local businesses.

When we arrived, the restaurant was empty. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our order was taken promptly. I ordered a coke, but it tasted bad and flat. The squid starters were tough and difficult to chew, resembling an old tire. I could only eat one piece and struggled. The prawns with peppers for my main dish were okay, but the rice had no flavor and the noodles were average. Overall, I do not plan on coming back to this restaurant.
