The food is great, if you can manage to get ahold of them to place an order. For 3 years now, I have been unable to place an order over the phone at the Riverside location. It rings once then goes completely silent. I have repeatedly asked them about this via Facebook messenger and they do not respond. Unfortunately I won’t be coming here anymore.

I am downgrading my overall review not because the food isn 't good, but because NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! For the last several months, whenever I 've called to place a pickup order, the phone has literally never been picked up, and I get a generic Mailbox is Full message. I can only imagine how much business is being missed out on by the phone 's not being answered. We only ever get food to go here (when we can actually get any), but haven 't for the last several months because no one will pick up the phone. Maybe the phone number was changed and no one updated the Google listing or website, but if that 's the case, that is something that really needs to be addressed.

I sent my husband to go pick up some food the number 11 and a 2 and he brought it back and it looked absolutely trashed inside not like how we normally receive it. Me and my husband both have long hair and while I was eating I found a piece of hair in it. I was shocked because it was Way to short to be mine or his. I don’t mind a sloppy presentation because sometimes it could really be a bad day but a hair?!. Really was disappointed with my visit this time. The people are amazing but I never thought I’d be eating someone’s hair.
