Customer service experience ever. I wish I could post negative stars. have forgot delivery from wendy's driver, ordered me to eat and ran away or maybe they kept it for themselves. as I didn't understand. at the call of the wendy’s customer service line I got a busy signal for only 20 minutes. I called the load and immediately got rid of the ineffective and totally impotent manager on service who seemed to have no problem throwing around his ego, but could not properly deal with my problem. since I am sure that someone from the facility will not come any doubt here and say I was told we do not deal with door order or the app. new. flash an order by the app that is fulfilled by a particular location makes them responsible. it's not different than when I go in the car drive thru or when I visit her lobby. the food is ordered and handed over to the customer. the intermediary is irrelevant and any attempt by wendy 's to handle responsibility or accountability is completely unacceptable. most important this location every attempt on their part of the customer service or try to appear as if they take care of enough to try to correct the situation have passed and there is no possibility to earn my respect again. the manager or supposed manager in the service on 19 september 2022 at 15:45 is obligatory and completely inappropriate for his work.
Super slow, 18 minutes in the car, but.not sweat, and girls in the window barely spoken, could not understand the mumbles. please excuse them to wait. idk, what is going on there, but very disappointing
