But maybe I 'm spoiled by having had this dish in Japan so many times... Anyhow, if you go to Mitsuwa (Japanese supermarket, they have several locations in SoCal), they have a more authentic Katsu Don in the food court. Still, not bad, but the experience besides the cutlet could definitely be improved.
