Unbelievable hotel! Here for 10 days and the staff can not do enough for you. The food is great, the rooms are amazing and the staff will book excursions for you (just remember that you have to pay in cash). Would recommend 100% to stay here, simply not use the mini market on the same road, it is blackmailed. Many attractions nearby with some excellent small pubs.

First night we stayed in a room on the ground floor. The air conditioner broke and it became very hot in the room. Opening the window did not help as the streets were full of wandering college kids looking for action and were naturally very noisy. The staff were very helpful. The night shift concierge tried to fix the AC but eventually we were moved to an upgraded room. Both rooms were very nice in terms of styling. The restaurant was nice and the wait staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is good in terms of being near all the attractions but consequently it is in a very busy area full of crowds. The hotel has an inner courtyard so it can feel quiet. It felt safe as well even with the crowds. There is no pool so this is technically not a 5 star hotel.

Our first time to Prague and booked to stay at the Iron Gate Hotel Suites. Just wow. We stayed in the junior suite which was just fabulous a beautiful balcony overlooking the outside bar, spotlessly clean and the staff so friendly. Absolutely perfect location for seeing all the sights of Prague. Cannot fault the hotel one bit, would definitely recommend to everyone and cannot wait to come back.

Really lovely hotel. Our room was beautiful and spacious . The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast had plenty choices, though it didn't quite pass muster with my husband who as a great fan of a cooked breakfast was looking forward to the full hit. It got a little congested around the coffee machine which could do with being larger or maybe the installation of a water boiler would solve the queuing for those wanting to make a pot of tea. Nice bar and restaurant. The location is perfect for sights and restaurants. Great choice !

Hotel staff was amazing especially the doorman Fdene K, so friendly and nothing was too much for him. Was a bit disappointed with the room as there was no air conditioning and our bed was upstairs from sitting area, kept banging our head on the attic style roof. Food was delicious at excellent price. Location was spot on. Would definitely return to this hotel but would make sure we had a different room as it was not what we expected.
