I was waiting in line when the cashier completely overlooked me and decided to assist the man behind me instead, as if I didn't exist. They continued to ignore my presence, which was extremely frustrating. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. I even tried to speak up, but they both still chose to ignore me.
2 weeks ago ordered food the person taking our order messed up the address. Food was cold, nd not correct. Told us that the next time we ordered from them they would take this amount off. Tonight we order the same food as last time. They tell us that theywill have to wait 2 hours for our food. I will update my post and let you know how the food is.
We typically prefer the location by the meadows. Out of every 20 orders, one is usually incorrect. I often call in, and they typically offer me a 15% discount on my next order or to remake it right away. However, this time, the staff member told me they hadn’t made a mistake and that I must have simply forgotten to order it that way. The insincere apology combined with a poor attitude is more than enough reason for me to stop going there.
Totally messed up my order after a 40 minute wait for pick up. We have been coming here for years. I could drive back to get it fixed or offered to refund the meal; however, once waitress returned to phone stated no refund but could have 10 percentdiscount off my next visit. We both had a copy of the receipt in hand and restaurant admitted the mistake. Asking customer togive you more business in order to fix a mistake you made is indeed poor business practice.
I've ordered from this restaurant many times and generally enjoy their food. However, I've encountered an ongoing issue: when I place an order, it often arrives incorrectly. This has happened three times in a row. I let the first two incidents slide, but the third time was unacceptable. I ordered a hot Italian sub and received a cold one instead. When I called to address the issue, the young woman who answered the phone was quite dismissive. She suggested that she wouldn't have bothered to call about such a minor problem and would have simply heated up the sub herself, implying that I was wasting their time. This experience was extremely unprofessional and indicates a need for some personnel changes.
