Avaliação da contribuiçãoI'm here from town. I brought a big hot chocolate with a whipped cream. the hot chocolate tasted watery and there was no ribbed cream I paid. I tried to call 1 the dunkin donuts several times and there was no answer. it shows how it is customer service. this happened to me many occasions at different locations. I will never protect dunkin donuts again. I will also delete the application. very disappointing. the location is 1302 north prospect, Champaign,IL.
This assessment is for this exact situation. they made my auto-thru order wrong. I just got it home. four donuts ordered by certain species, got six of completely different species. must have been someone else, and when do you have no money? it's crazy! finally we donuts got at 11:30 a.m., but they were already stabbed. I guess they were actually day old. they stay at the place on neil st.
Staff were not wearing masks, in a state with a mask mandate, in a week with the highest case counts since the pandemic began. I won't be going back to this location and I did not take the food I had ordered.

I've been through this drive thru a few times in the last month, they don't hand you a receipt. What's up with that? People like to double check they were charged right.Don't get food in the morning or if there's a line, I'm thinking they pull it out early to keep the line moving? My hash browns were mushy af. Y'all could ask me to pull forward, to keep the just coffee people moving. The foods not cheap so it sucks to get it half azzed
