Tim Hortons - Chandler

Slower than melasse in januar... 30 minutes to drive through thru and they are stuck in him and can't get out when they get away in disgust!

They would need a better manager. employees make disparate comments.

Very good customer service, the staff are very nice and helpful, the place is very clean

The management/owners are so lazy. The poor staff gets eaten alive by angry customers because management doesnt don their job properly. This morning they were out of 5 different items including hash browns. Terribly run and the customer service is awful.

The service is mellow. Employees don't even know the menu. and above all don't order the fries because 15 minutes ago. After 6:30, he's just the reef and it's dry. extra pis there are almost more choices for the donuts. If they are good to serve coffee, the rest is too complicated for them.
