Taverna Kavalos. Not to be missed. Fantastic views of the mountains and Lake Kournas from the large terrace. Spotlessly clean throughout. Excellent service and prices half that of elsewhere. Home grown veg and salad, family run, typically Greek cuisine, beautifully cooked. Enormous outdoor barbeque doing several legs and shoulders of lamb at once. Drive until you find it!

Super lovely place with the great panoramic view over the lake, mountains and the sea! The owner is a very nice lady. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the salad and the desert! Would really recommend. 5 of 5! Thank you.

Returning after three years back to the tavern and it was awesome again!! THX for the excellent food, great hospitality and very kind staff!! We will come back for sure

I wanna be honest, I have been to many restaurants around the world and rarely got so satisfied!! It's what ever person, especially me as a tourist is looking for. The food is local and everything home made. We took the grill mix, it was perfectly cooked and the meat was delicious. The prices are cheap for what you git for and the people very kind. This is definitely a secret spot I would recommend and come back to! Good job, please stay like this
