Avaliação da contribuiçãoOn a trip to Chantilly to see the beautiful Chateau its art and surroundings we took a workshop on making the renowned delicacy Crème de Chantilly at the charming Atelier de la Chantilly in the center of the village. It was fantastic- taught by a master of this delight, Bertrand, the hour was laced with stories and explanations of the history of it the area told by someone who clearly loves his home. It was a great hands on way to experience a slice of history. If making Crème is not your thing, do stop at the lovely tea room itself to taste this wonder in all its complexities. But be prepared: it will ruin you for whipped cream for life.
We tried different Chantilly pastries. Super Cream!!! Delicate and tasty. One of them is sufficient for a lunch . After the visit of the castle a stop here is a must. To try!
We were looking for a place to taste good whip and came here. Good surprise! reception is good and the card offers a lot of choice. Pastry is good and it's home. good ratio / quality price. I recommend.
Kind service (we are seated despite twenty minutes closing the place) and the young waiter, with beautiful eyes, very kind and available. delicious desserts. How could we not eat the cream chant a chanting?
The hotel arranged a “make Chantilly crème” class and it was a blast. The shop’s owner made the time fun (and tasty) and the crème was terrific. Stopped by for ice cream on another day the carmel was awesome! Make a point to visit here.
