Eastern Chinese - Chanute

This place is a small family owned and operated and the food is great and cheap. We're always looking for an excuse to go to Chanute, KS, so we can eat there. Job well done.

Great food. Loves the buffet. Some people could be missed on Good Chinese because the outside is in need of work.

I do have to say Eastern Chinese is fantastic dine in or take out, if you don't want to take my word for it pass by the place it is always packed, they also have a online menu way to order

The variety of food is great, especially given it is a small diner. Everything always taste fresh and delicious. We've always found the staff to be pleasant and hospital. When we choose Chinese quizine this is our top choice!

Went there at 5:05 p.m. the buffet was half empty and what was there was burnt. 90% of the items were deep fried. And overcooked or dried out. A lot of the items were extremely greasy. They had two waitresses that would bring your drink and then they would gather at the front of the store and play on their telephones heard more than one person trying to get their attention. Paying $12.99 each for the buffet we didn't even eat one plate that's how bad it was would not recommend this place at all. You would be better off getting can of Chinese at Walmart
