Penn Station East Coast Subs

This 5 Star review is coming from a low carb person and I loved my meal there today. The staff was friendly and very interactive to ask customers dining there tonight. I ordered the Ruben without the bread. Pictured was the medium size. It had a great portion of corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss. Honestly, the food was fine but, $33 for two sandwiches, fries, a fountain water and a lemonade is asking too much. With prices like this, I won't be back anytime soon. I'm very confused as to why I paid so much for so little. Food portions have gone down and the prices are way up. Not even worth it.

Penn station has always been a favorite, but I hadn't been to one in a couple years. This location was clean, quick, and friendly. As soon as one of the employees was finished with their order and didn't have someone else to wait on, they were sweeping the store or replacing chairs, etc. The sandwich I got (Chicken Cordon Bleu) was well made, the chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy, and the flavor was great. This is for the store at Southridge. My order was wrong even after the cashier repeated it back to me. I checked my sandwiches when i got to the car snd one was wrong. I took it back in and the lady Im assuming was the manager hit the steel table with a huge knife which wasnt a foot away from where i stood. it was very load and my ear is still hurting and ringing from it. she acted angry because she had to remake the sandwich. Food is always good hot and fresh. The staff very friendly and polite. This is one of are go to spots for a quick bite.
