The Establishment - Charleston

This was a great night out with friends. The service was excellent. The prices were a bit steep. I feel like we would have ordered more appetizers if the entrees weren?t already $40. The food and drinks were delicious. My coffee was more expensive than my friends desert. I payed over $100 just for my share. Yikes! I?m just not sure if I?ll return.

The service was excellent! The ambience fantastic. Good wine list. Expensive with small portions. Every dish we tried had a ton of butter or other fat: New menu daily. I would have tried the Lamb Passe, but the chef refused to substitute a different vegetable for the carrots, which I never eat. Total turn-off. The 3rd party macarons were amazing. My favorite flavor was the coffee and caramel. The other deserts were OK.

This is possibly my favorite restaurant in Charleston. The ambiance is great, and the wait staff is always very friendly and helpful. I've been here several times and ordered something different each time. The food is top notch. I highly recommend the Establishment.

Amazing food and we had the best server. He was very knowledgeable and was super fun to interact with. In any case, a food that seemed to love his job made our experience even better!

Unique menu mostly of seafood. Server was extremely knowledgeable of menu items and pleasant.
