Arby's - Charlotte

I knew they were expensive and everybody's raising cost but Arby's is worth it It's my reward for doing good saving money, lol

I ordered chicken and it was made to order so my food was nice and fresh and hot

Love eating. the service is so critical for customer experience in fast food space.

Beautiful location with a visual problem when you come to oppose order. Really strange layout that makes it hard to see if someone isn't already in the register. Corned Beef Rueben, and French Dip Swiss are great dunes in options, but unfortunately it is the driver through for me because I like to eat in a friend's business. So it's the half-baked Bratbeef with horse sauce and a big Jamocha shake with the whipped cream for me. Generally I don't trust Pommes because you never know if they are hot or not, but that's not a judgement for this store. I just want to reserve some calories for this beautiful treat. Also their Mozzarella sticks are a good bet if you will not burn through your calories on the shake.

Sadly, my order has been wrong and we have overtaken it twice. had been good, but somehow they missed them. with only the drive thru open service should have been better!
