Baskin-robbins - Charlotte

I went to this place today and they were closed at 19:18. the website service closing time at 8:00 o'clock. the lights were out and the doors were closed.

Great. I love this place. love the workers here. I'm just coming to this place, they've always done my order right. when I look, they know what I command while I'm in line.

I've been going to this Baskin-Robbins since 2012... the building needs work as well as the customer service ? I might stop going here... the ice cream was kind of melted as well
