Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Charlotte

We were a team dinner with 8 of us. eating was good and the server was very nice. he was busy, but still time to check us from time to time. it was clean and we were on time when it started to do more. good food for the price and good portions. definitiw good place to try.

It was Saturday after 17 clock 10 friends coming together. since ian scattered us. a very busy night, even if we had called before. a very good server and she was busy, unfortunately we forgot her name. hadn't seen a name pencil, I could have stayed in my head. there were some confusion in order, I'm sure she doesn't. she wrote the order of every couple efficiently. some said their fries were cool, they wanted a certain attempt on burgers, hmmm, need some work on it. also a few steak was covered with pfeffer. overall, despite the crazyness of the masses, it was a great night. I hope we will come back during the day. of course we start in the snowbird season.

That was the worst restaurant. I've ever tried to eat. we sat and gave bread. we said the server was in a short time with us. we never saw a server. we waited an hour not server yet. I brought this to the attention of the hostess. she says the server never came to say that I told her no. I offered to pay for the broth. She says it's on the house. I don't recommend eating this.

The service here was incredibly poor. the hostess was immature and inappropriate. the server was like she didn't care if she waited for me or not. very unfriendly, slow service, unapologetic, and to round it off, there was a manager who walked around but did not come when my kiosk flashed because I needed a reprint from my reception. if the service had been better, I should have come here every day for dinner at my business trip, as it is just off my hotel on the road. I'm not back. I'm not coming back when I get back here.

The bread is amazing! Fresh butter croissant. The broccoli casserole is a must every time . Great ribs and bbq sauce .Always busy because only location and short staff .
