I love it i love it , coming from new york i never thoug i would fine good Caribbean food but....i found it never letting up this place was real real good , a little salty but amazing flavor so good

Fidel's kitchen hasn't dissapointed us once. We've had the chance to try multiple meals including oxtail, lamb chops and curry shrimp Lobster. Everything is full of flavor, you definitely get what you paid for with large portions. There's no dine in option so you order your food online and then go to his location to pick it up. Fidel has always been pleasant as well, you can tell he loves what he does and enjoys cooking for others.

Authentic Jamaican food here in the Charlotte. He offers takeout and catering services. Chef Fidel is from Jamacai and uses different herbs and spices. The food here is amazing especially if you like natural spices. My favorite here are the j lamb chops. The portions are really big and will last you 2 or 3 meals so it is worth the price. He just relocated close to where I live so will be a regular here!

Food was amazing! The curry goat and oxtail was seasoned well. The macaroni cheese was also very good. Customer service skills were A one and I'd definitely order again the next time I'm in Charlotte.
