The window clerk was a very friendly, tall, pretty, Asian Female who was Chick fil A level pleasant! And most importantly, the food was hot,fresh and delicious! I?m pretty annoyed with yet ANOTHER TERRIBLE visit to this location. I even always place my order on the app so I know it?s ordered correctly yet they can?t even get that correct. I had to come complain 4 times tonight and still had another item wrongfor my partner. What?s so hard about reading a simple order. It was dead when we came so it?s not like it was at dinner rusheither. I drive all the way to concord to get food from that Taco Bell to avoid this one because they?re so bad.
I've been here almost a hundred times, always ordering through the mobile app (Logan), and they have never let me down. The food is consistently fresh and perfectly prepared, and the staff is always incredibly friendly. It seems like they are temporarily closed (I haven't checked in person, so I'm not sure why), which is really disappointing as it's my go-to place for pre- or post-workout meals. There's no way I'm going to pay three times more somewhere else for a fraction of the quality!
This used to be a great place to visit, but since its reopening, it seems to have joined the trend of other disappointing restaurants. The customer service was lacking, and while the food itself was decent, my order was incorrect. It feels like the owner is primarily focused on making money rather than providing a quality experience. The staff, mostly teenagers, seemed more interested in experimenting with spicier sauces than in getting the orders right.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. Some of the fryers were broken and the staff seemed to be running around without providing any updates on when our food would be ready. When we called to cancel our order, the woman on the phone told us it was impossible due to the kiosk system. The manager's demeanor was also unprofessional. Additionally, the kitchen floor was in a disgusting state. I will definitely not be returning.
