Waffle House - Charlotte

Best Waffle House experience so far. Morning staff Friday 4/22 was polite and courteous. The food came out amazing and I sat at the bar so I watched the grill operator (rock star shirt) and he was incredible. Kept counters cleaned and wiped, and the grill was scraped after everything came off. very deliberate and practiced, didn't mess up a single order the whole time. Can't say enough good things. Our waitress was Jacie, she was polite and made sure we had what we needed the whole time. Great crew.

Went here with my kids to eat. Was a long day and I was ready to eat and go home. Walk in to the resturaunt and all the tables are dirty and still have plates and stuff on them. We all 6 sit in the chairs to wait. There are 4 men behind the counter and 3 tables occupied by people. After 15 minutes no one spoke to us nor.cleaned a table. My husband walked.to the register to talk to the manager whom would not come over there. We finally left! Was SO frustrated so I called to talk to cooperate who referred back to manager who refus3d to call me back. This location is a joke!

We recently visited here a trip. We found it bussling an busy but were greeted and able to sit at the bar. Your normal waffle house food but it was fresh and good and the service by Angela? was amazing, she took great care of us and my drink was always full.

Classic Waffle House. Great food, fast food, and quality service. I docked the stars due to some of the people that were there. Customers are no reflection on the place itself. Our most recent visit was on Father's Day morning and had a wonderful time. The food was hot, delicious, and the kids were treated like royalty. We've had family stay at the motel right behind it and they said they enjoyed their meals at Waffle House as well. So, based on a couple of different experiences and a couple of family members different experiences, we can say this Waffle House is rock solid.
