He was here at 1730 a.m. on a Sunday and had not a picture perfect dave’s double cheeseburger so in a dae. it was the best burger from any chain I had in a long time. also hot saved: 5/5

Worst Wendy’s ever I really wouldn’t give the 1 star but can’t comment without it. Never open rude employees but I do understand being in there that late but do the job you was hired for. I honestly been in this industry for over 30 years and if you gonna close early take proper steps. Shut your systems down on line orders should say your closed not open. The ballantyne location is legit. They really should close this location permanently park rd Wendy’s horrible.

Attempted the drive thru and the lady that took our order was rude and read rushing us. Wouldn’t give us a chance to finish ordering before cutting us off and asking if we had anything else. When I called and talked to a manager she advised she has a new general manager and they are pushing for speed instead of quality. She said she would talk to the order taker but I’m sure nothing will change this Wendy’s has definitely went way down in service and food quality and friendliness.

The Wendy's on Park Road was not able to see e because of the system being down. This location has had problem after problem. It's at the point that I call most times before I go. I don't think this location will be open much longer. I've visited many times when they don't respond, they're closed, this was after the worst of the pandemic about month or so ago. They seem to open whenever. According to the staff they've changed management, however not sure if it helped much.

Stopped by last night went in and was told that the dining room was not open no cars in line, no business at all. The service and food quality at this location is an all time low. Went to cook out and had great service and better price on the food
