Wendy's Restaurant - Charlotte

VERY CLEAN!!!! Nice employees. The food could have been warmer but if I am ever down there again I will be going back. I don't think I have EVER seen a fast food place that clean before!

Several times I went they were temporarily closed due to being out of food products. Not Wendy's fault they are under staffed, but they do the best they can. Food is acceptable. Employees pleasant enough.

They always help me with heated dips served neatly put in the bag while maintaining a fast pace. love it!

I'll wait so long! When I finally got my food extremely cold French fries and my cheeseburger.

I work a high stress customer service job in the area and come here often. The location has been severely understaffed at times. Dave works by himself often it seems so he takes my order and then turns around and makes it all by himself and the guy is a champ. Not only was my Breakfast Baconator worthy of the commercials, he admitted to making a mistake with my drink order, apologized and corrected it quickly. Hes always upbeat when I come in and I appreciate it because I doubt anyone bothers to consider how this virus is affecting service workers. Before Coronavirus, when the dining room was open I always received pleasant and prompt service from the other workers at this location. I dont get the same service at other Wendys in Charlotte and I think these guys deserve a shoutout for helping keep our team running when time is short and demands are high.
