Brazos Tacos - Charlottesville

I love to frequent Brazos for their fun menu. I?ve had a few things I?ve enjoyed and a few things that were meh, but that was a personal meh. The outdoor seating is great. When IX is hopping, you?ll be close enough to join but far enough to enjoy your meal. I can?t give it 5 stars because of the margaritas. They?re strong margaritas but the mix is too sweet and artificial tasting. There?s definitely room for improvement there. I?ve always found the staff to be efficient, even

Has Not been pleased at all. I have lived in Brazos county, Texas for almost 10 years but those are not Brazos taco, not Tex-mex taco, not even close. And the service is not okay, I even got the wrong food! The atmosphere and decor is good tho, especially the outdoor seating area.

I've been here twice now. They have pretty good prices for their tacos. Everything me and my GF have tried has been outstanding! The service is always great, and the food comes out pretty quick.

TL;DR: Tacos were overall a 3 5 but the service restaurant itself was a 5 5. Little pricey for simple ingredients and taste. Service was fast and friendly. Plenty of parking in the front. Specific Foods: The Solid: 7 10 Picadillo: 6 10 Pollo Rostizado: 6.5 10 General Wait Time for 1 2 dishes: 3 tacos took 5 minutes General Comments: Although I wouldn’t rank these near the top of my taco list, the tacos are a good quick meal. But, the restaurant was super-well designed and created a friendly environment. Also, it's one of the only restaurants in the area. When I asked for some hot sauce, the server gave me plenty of hot sauce, which is a refreshing change. I didn't get the vegetarian tacos, but it is nice to see a good well thought out selection that isn't just a flour-bean taco. Room For Improvement: 1. I wish the ingredients went together a little better, especially for the Picadillo.

Great food. Chilled atmosphere. Nothing more is needed.
