Avaliação da contribuiçãoIt was a past since we visited this restaurant. we were in town by chance, so we stopped. I ate a few bites and something didn't taste right. I thought it was just me and ate about the half of the burger and some wobble rings. whelp no, it's food poisoning. I'm a violent sick person today after eating 2/27 there. Yeah, I'm sure it was the burger. obviously my family will no longer come to visit there.
Shana rocks! My family discovered this restaurant on our way back to the twin cities. The hostess was very nice. The waitress Shana was so accommodating with my son’s food allergies. She actually brought the package of hamburger buns so I could read the ingredients. The have good burgers, chicken sandwich and French fries and sweet potato fries. Shana asked questions to make sure my son was safe to eat there. It is very rare that we get to eat in restaurant that doesn’t have seafood. We will definitely make the trip back and sit in Shana’s area. Thanks for safe and great service.
They have some of the best shakes I've had in a long time. I got a chicken sandwich and was delicious. The owner even took the time to talk with us, get to know who we were and we got to really know him as a well. Love this place. Would definitely recommend going for great food and wonderful atmosphere!
Went in on a Sunday evening trying to grab a bite to eat after a weekend of traveling. We were sat right away but sat there for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us in any way, shape, or form. We had our 3 year old son with us too. The person i assumed was our server spent the entire time at 1 table. Then he went and split their check. And then went to go take care of the payment. We counted 4 other people just standing there. Why could they not at least bring over waters and say our server would be over soon? Why couldn't he at least acknowledge we were there?We packed up and left. The host said goodbye and even thanked us for coming. Oblivious to the fact that she had just sat us less then 20 minutes before and we were walking out. But I could see that our table was cleaned off before we got our kid into his car seat and then resat before we pulled out of the parking lot. That's when we saw the server bringing waters over to the table sat 10 minutes after us.I don't think we need to be coming back when its clear that customers are not a priority and neither is teamwork or helping a fellow employee. The manager did nothing to help either.
Last time we were in we had one of the best servers I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. It was a little disappointing they didn’t have any onion rings available but most places are out of stock on those right now. My burger was the 50/50 burger and this time they did do it a little over done, but hey we had a very big group and everyone else was very happy on everything. We did get the cheese curds which were great. And I ordered an off the menu malt that was absolutely fantastic. They are very accommodating when it comes to special requests. A lot of places could learn a lot about how to do things. Food and service is top notch.
