Harvey's - Chatham

My hubby loves to pop into Harvey's on a regular basis. They put alot of fixins on their burgers, just a great selection of toppers for sure. In a hurry it's the place to go.

Harveys has a great variety of burgers, including veggie, hot dogs, salads and other sides. The nice thing about Harvey's is their great variety of healthy toppings.

After an outing with my friends we decided to go to Harvey's to eat, all was fine until I slipped onto the wet floor and landed on my knee and hip and butt, my hand also smacked the floor so hard that the palm of my hand was bruised, my friends said that fall was really loud, and of course my food ended on the floor, I sat there for a few minutes, my pants was wet due to the amount of water that was left on the floor, my friends went to tell the staff and not one had come out to help. Once I was able to get up my friends helped me, one of the staff finally came out, I asked her to get the manager, he came out and he didn't seem too concerned. I explained to him that the floors was soaked, then asked him why wasn't there a wet floor sign located in the area that was wet. There was a wet floor sign but in the opposite side of the floor in the section that was dry and you really didn't notice it. When I asked the manager as to why was there no sign in the section of the restaurant that was wet his answer was that they only have two wet floor signs and that they hadn't moved the sign when the floors was washed I then asked the manager if he was going to fill out a incident report and he said that it's not done on site, I then asked him if he needed my info and he said no, He also said that his family has owned several establishment and he's been working with his family since he was 13.. He did however offered to replace my food which i was unable to eat as well as offered me a $20 gift card. I'm so not impressed with the way this Harvey's deals with their customers after an incident. If it wasn't for this experience my review would've been better.

Food is very fresh toppings are very fresh good value for your money and a good place to bring your family only complaint is the bathrooms need to be updated and Soap needs to be kept in there on a regular basis

I love the angus burger with onion rings and a milk shake. Often pick one up when I get off work late. Everything is hot and tasty
