Kurry Houzz Grill - Chatham-Kent

I love coming to this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, the selection is extensive, and the food is delicious. I do notice that there seems to be a bit more oil used compared to other Indian restaurants, but it doesn't deter me from coming back.

The chicken biryani is incredible. large portions, the huh is tender, and the taste and the seasoned are fantastic!

The lamm biryani ordered what was amazing. fluffy rice and extremely delicate lamb. this dish was full of taste. we also ordered the samosas that were good, but not something that I would order again after the biryani had blown away my mind. it was hesitant to order after some reviews of bad customer service. I'm glad I ignored them, and only for the record was the service better than most places.

For the first time a few days. the food tastes great. we had an incident. as my wife stole her food, **** her in an inch long metal turf. she made a photo and called the restaurant. they asked them to come in. she took the metal chips with her and a picture of it. they gave a refund of $20, although our bill was over $80. I was thrown back why they didn't refund the whole mission because they swallowed the metal piece that they could have died. So I called the place and explained how serious the situation could be. he apologised and refunded the whole amount. I thought that would be professional for him. I understand that metallrasing was a freak accident, but given the fact that it could have been serious, I believed that it was only fair that we would be refunded our money. because the manager has acted professionally and has not argued with me, we will order from this place again. at the end the right thing was done because eating is very good and the manager treated the situation professionally.

The food is quite good. Would give 5 stars if they were open. Maps and their site say 7 days a week 1-9:30. 2:44 and closed ?
