The White Hart - Cheddar

A perfect English pub with excellent harty food try the fish and chips! and an even better staff. I can't say enough about how awesome and helpful the staff is here. A truly wonderful experience in a beautiful small English town. Love it!

We were never treated so badly like we were in this restaurant. We waited 40 minutes on the tables to order and when they come, they kick us out with such rudeness like I have never seen. When we tried to ask why they turned theiir back to us. The restaurant was terribly dirty and the tables strangely sticky. The good thing about it was that we found a different really nice restaurant in town.

In a village of rather cold lolling seaside type tea rooms it was a relief to find this cosy and warm pub. Good food, though on a busy Sunday go for the carvery unless you feel like a wait, as my Country Pie took 35 mins to arrive.
