Nando's - Cheltenham

This nilos never disappointed me! I am here several times before I write this review, and every time nandos was successful, a table quickly assigns us, and a fast, reliable services along the side high quality, very satisfying food. nandos also offers floorless drinks that are brilliant, and I wish that more places have done this in Britain. definitely recommend to go!

Order here for pick up every now and then. The food is always decent, good taste and I always get the chicken on the bone. I like the chargrill on the chicken and nowhere seems to do it as good as Nando's but that's just my opinion. I went in the other day and was told they don't accept cards only cash now? Thought it was strange considering the times we live in these days and most places preferring contacless payments but it wasn't really an issue for me. Sometimes the Online order and pay system doesn't recognise your postcode as valid but thats more a company thing rather than this particular restaurants fault. Staff are always friendly, helpful and attentive. No complaints.

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the staff. I'm not satisfied with the customer service. However, the atmosphere and the food were excellent.

This Nando's location delivers the standard experience you would expect. The food is fresh and tasty, and service is quick—if you can manage to snag a table! The staff are very friendly. It's a pity that the menu has changed recently and some of my favorite items are no longer available.
