We were not disappointed at all with this cozy place that we discovered when first came to Crans Montana. The food is really delicious, products were all seasonal and fresh. The dinner was simply amazing, have never tried better risotto and Noix de Saint Jacques (Scallops)...were just incredible. And desert...this chocolate cake with salted caramel and sorbet can not be described...The service was very good, waitress pay attention to every detail. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this evening and we will definitely recommend to everybody who is near Crans Montana/ Chermignon, to savor delicious menus at this place !
Wer hätte gedacht, dass man hier ein so angenehmes Lokal, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, und mit so hervorragender und preiswerter Küche findet??Wir hatten das 3 gängige Mittagsmenue für CHF 25 mitVorspeisen: Gazpacho mit verschiedenen Tomaten, Zucchinichips und gerösteten Körnern/Risotto von sardischer Fregola mit gemischten Waldpilzen und FeldsalatHauptgericht: Frikassee vom Meer mit Krebssuppe und hausgemachten grünen Nudeln/Confit von der Entenkeule mit Gemüsepurée und SteinpilzemulsionNachtisch: Mousse von Kastanien mit glacierten Kastanien/Käseteller mit hausgemachtem Chutney von TrockenfrüchtenAlle Gerichte auf schönem Geschirr attraktiv präsentiert, geschmacklich optimal abgestimmt und auch in ausreichender Portion eine wahre Freude!! Auch die kurze Unterhaltung mit Chef Serge ist erfreulich, da dieser wirklich ums Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt ist. Ebenso eine Freude die netten und kompetenten Damen vom Service.Es gibt eine kleine Weinkarte mit für die Gegend tolerablen Preisen wir hatten einen sehr guten Petite Arvine 2019 vom Cave des Amandiers für CHF 58, die Halbliterflasche Valser schlägt mir CHF 5 zu Buche.Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse lieber Mr.Serge, wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!!!

Just up to its reputation. This is rare but it is clear that it is difficult to take this table otherwise. You are greeted with kindness as soon as you enter this small, warm restaurant combining a traditional setting and atypical decoration. Of course, it 's a little hot in the small room to the left of the kitchen, but the service is so attentive that it encourages kindness. Attentive and extremely efficient: competent and attentive sommelier, fast, efficient waitress who announces the dishes clearly. As for the cuisine, it quite simply lives up to its reputation: succulent blue lobster risotto, scallops which take you on the wrong foot with their slice of pan-fried melon and their delicate sweet and sour jus, Iberian pork raised in Aargau and its enchanting accompaniments (zucchini flower stuffed with beef, chanterelles, bean puree), fillet of pike perch perfectly cooked, plate of Valais cheeses selected with cunning , impeccable desserts. The dishes, all prepared with delicacy and singular talent, delight the pupils before the taste buds. Nothing to add other than a warm recommendation for this remarkable and unpretentious establishment.
