Eat well and staff friendly. Menu in English. Several people spoke good English. Had trout and a traditional fish soup. It was very affordable...not sure why rated. I think less than 20 for full dinner and a premium beer

Love this place! Went here three days in a row! The cocktails are amazing and the snacks at the bar are super delicious! I had the bruchetta with tuna, sooo good! I also tried the cheese platter, superb! The atmosphere of the place is great! It is not too big but not to small either.

Modern high-end drinks and nibbles combined with a very late license make Arka ideal for post-theatre hanging out. The bar is intimate and chilled, and while the food and drinks are on the upper end of the scale, the quality and inventiveness more than justify the price tag. There are a few classics on the menu, but the real pleasures are the modern twists and unique creations, often using traditional Russian ingredients and flavours. We've been here a few times; we were never disappointed, and always left swearing to visit more often.
