Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went to Hong Kong Fusion with a few people from work that had been here before. I was really worried to taste the food and experience the tea. Peter, the owner is a super nice guy and takes care of his customers. He spent a lot of time educating us about the different teas and the history behind them. His service was excellent and the food was amazing. We ordered some appetizers together with egg rolls and our ducks. I'll tell you everything we've ordered is great. The egg rolls are like no other one I ate. I enjoyed the atmosphere and love the food and tea. Very recommended.
Very nice owner. The tea tasting was great. It was our first time tasting 70 year old tea. The food was great as well. The string beans and the shrimp and scallops were great. We did think the seafood soup was not as good, but the experience and the service were great. The dumplings were tasty and tasted hand-made.
We were coming back from Philly and decided to try this restaurant, it was wonderful, great food not just the usual. They do not have a liquor license so you need to bring your own wine etc.
What a great place! We did the tea tasting, got to try multiple PuErh teas served to us in wine glasses. Pete explained the history behind the teas, and they were all wonderful. We also ordered the Shanghai Juicy Beef Dumplings (soup dumplings), Chicken Chow Fun and the Mongolian beef. All very flavorful and delcious! Service was great and personable. Ambiance was good and the place was clean. Highly recommend this place!
Amazing food and experience for a birthday celebration!!! The owner was hands down great at telling us about the tea we had. Which made the experience even better than expected. Plus the food we ordered the general tso crispy triple and Mongolian beef was so tasty. Also get the mango scallops toast. Can't wait to come back.
