I forgot to check the hours and ended up arriving when it was closed. However, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

The ramen here is excellent, and the service is fast. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere each a perfect 5 out of 5!
