Out of several deliveries, only one has been delayed, and they sent me an email with a free pizza before I even had a chance to think about complaining (I probably wouldn’t have because the service and food had always been top quality prior to that and things happen) and that shows exceptional customer service. Every order has been perfect since as well. Thanks for all y’all do!
The Pizza was good, but the barbecue wings was tasteless, they drizzled some sauce they called barbecue that taste like it came out of a can. I stop going to Dominos years ago. I thought I would give them a chance.
I have been struggling with leaving this review for several days. I HATE leaving negative reviews. I love Domino 's and I work late hours, so I order delivery pizza more than I should! This location has had the occasional mishap: overcooked food, cold food, missing dipping cup, annoyed team member on the phone when you call about the error. I can deal with this, ish happens, but I ordered earlier this month and it was honestly the last straw. I got home later than normal and decided to order pizza bc I didn 't have the energy to make something. I placed my order through the app at 11:20. At 11:33, the pizza tracker said my food was out of the oven. By 12:35, I still hadn 't recieved it. I was trying to call the store to cancel the order, because, at that point, I just wanted to go to bed. I got the automated system and waited on hold for a full 10 minutes, but no one would answer. Resigned to having to stay up and wait for this, I hung up. At 12:47, pizza tracker said the order was finally out for delivery. At 1 a.m., it finally arrived, almost 2 hours after I placed the order. I said to the driver, wow, you guys are busy tonight! He just stared at me, confused, and then said, kind of slowly uh, yea. Once I got the food inside, it was, of course, stone cold. I have had so many issues with this location that my insurance through the app no longer works. It just says, we are sorry you have had so many issues with your order. Please contact the store at.. . So, I will no longer be ordering from this location, and, if you choose to, just be warned. Forewarned is forearmed, grasshopper.
Ordered online 3 pizzas. 1 hand tossed with pepperoni and cheese, 1 thin crust with pepperoni and cheese, and 1 thin crust with only cheese. Got home and both thin crust were only cheese. Called to let the restirr know and the woman that answered didn 't ask the name on order or anything and blew it off saying sorry about that and hung up as I was still talking to her.
I ordered a pizza today at 13:53 as if I hadn't got my pizza yet. I called this place at 15:12 to learn about my order. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and simply said good were busy. I explained that this is unacceptable, waiting for almost 2 hours without communication.i then asked to talk to their manager, she says I don't know that I put you in the handle and then hanged. That's BEYOND unacceptable. I have a screaming toddler and I paid for my order with an expectation of a common court service.
