Kelly's Tavern - Chesapeake

The service at this restaurant was excellent, very friendly and the prices were competitive. I tried the honey habanero chicken, which was not your typical wings but rather meat with a thick coating similar to Chinese cuisine. Despite this, it had a good taste, was reasonably priced, perfectly cooked, and a good portion size. The happy hour beer prices were also appreciated, with better options than the draft beers. While I had concerns about the service in the past, they were excellent on this visit. They also offer a seafood buffet, which may be on the pricier side. Overall, a positive experience with minor drawbacks.
