Flames - Cheshire West and Chester

I’ve just ordered and paid online. My order arrived later than stated and after the driver had gone I realised there were items missing and the things I did receive were also incorrect. I contacted them and the man on the phone was really rude and told me he was too busy to send me the correct order and I could have it for free if I order again tomorrow! Shocking service! I’ve contacted the online food hub for a refund.

Had a delivery from this restaurant. Everything was wrong. Cold and stale. The chicken was that hard i couldn't bite it. Chips. Burger so dry like theyve been sat there all day... wounit recommend this place at all not unless you want 2 be ill

Food mediocre but terrible customer service,I phoned up and got a right nasty person on phone one thing for sure I won’t be using them again

Had a takeaway from our local chippy. We decided to have it delivered as it was over a tenner. It was really nice but the chips were slightly crispy. The delivery also didn't take that long to come maybe less than 20 mins for 2 people really good.

Didn't realise till we got home that some of the order was missing please check your food before you leave !!
