carvery is the best I've eaten for a while, and also the staff great.

cheap and cheerful. massive portions on the desert. main courses very hit and miss. eight in our party. half happy with their meals, so they take their chances.

We were seated in the section designated for families near the play area, which was quite noisy. The staff took a while to attend to us.

The food was lukewarm and the roast potatoes were really hard to cut, but there was plenty of choice. Wasn't expecting the dessert to be so large.
