Chick-fil-a - Chesterfield

I went here last night, and we waited in the famous mile long chick-fil-a line lol, we ordered our food, and I could clearly tell the guy taking our order was new because he had someone beside him and he was asking if he listed the items the right way, he was very friendly too. We got our food, and two things were missing, but I went inside and showed them my recipe, and they gave me the food that was missing. No judgment on the new guy at all. It happens to everyone, and our order being wrong couldn't even be his fault.

Bathrooms needed to be cleaned. The smell was intense and floors full of urine.

Chicken Biscuit combo. Is the chicken Biscuit sweeter now? Tastes like it. I don't want sweet on my biscuits unless I put it there. Food was hot and fresh. Fast service.

Very well run Chick-fil-A like many others. There were a lot of kids in the playing cage so it must be very popular among the youngest. Parents are very patient and very gentle. So it’s very pleasant experience even with the packed location.
