I asked for no noodles with my meal. We have eaten at Oishi many times in the past and not getting noodles was never a problem. The waitress Nan K. insisted she would need to substitute white rice for the noodles. Indeed I did not receive noodles, yet I was charged $8 for the white rice! The waitress would not remove the charge. To the owner of Oishi, we left so irritated that we will not return to Oishi again in the future. Sad, because the chef did a great job.

Secret menu item: the stop-drop pin roll. Super spicy, basically on fire. Great!

Had reservations for 12 people for a birthday celebration. Although the food there is decent, I’d forgotten why we hadn’t been back in awhile. The older lady hostess/manager is consistently rude to certain ethnicities. Although there were empty hibachi stations in the main dining room, we were kindly escorted to the Hibachi station in the very back of the restaurant.
