Qdoba Mexican Eats - Chesterfield

The temperature setpoint is too warm here. It felt like 80 degrees. Almost every time I was at this point, the beverage machine is made from several flavors and drinks.

I'm really disappointed with my last order. Ordered a queso chicken burrito and received essentially a huge role of old rice. There was very little salsa, queso and chicken the salsa tastes as if it is from a can. If I had expected this quality level at this price, I would have water at Taco Bell.

Both beans and Fajita-Veggies are completely too salty (second incident). Please measure according to the quality standards of the company.

Great Qdoba fan, but it is still disappointed. Order three articles and none of them were made to what was ordered. 2 of 3 were completely screwed. Order chicken quesadilla and get this veggie thing, plus it was cold. Ordered chicken roads tacos (Did have chicken on them), but none of the other items. They were cold. Near the pen was the Burrito (only missing two ingredients), but stone cold. Inconsistency is the word.

Every time I go to the Hancock location I always feel truly welcomed! The manager there also start a conversation with me, and I can tell customer service is his top priority. Today, he helped my fiancé and I, and talked us into getting the new cheese crusted quesadilla!
