Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe Cooper's Hawk in downtown Chicago is stunning. It is the largest one in the Chicagoland area, offering beautiful views of the surrounding skyline. With a larger wine selection that never runs out, this location surpasses others. Our waiter, Anthony, was knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. Already a favorite for its great food and reasonable prices, this location elevates the experience. Do yourself a favor and visit, you won't be disappointed!
This restaurant is a gem. It has a youthful vibe, like a country club for those aged 40 and under. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a private club, with a focus on wine. The food may not be outstanding, but it is better than most gastropubs and offers a wide selection. The wine list is impressive, with the option for tastings. There is a variety of wines from Coopers Hawk and other producers, all reasonably priced, especially by the glass. Takeout and retail options are also available. The seating areas are attractive, with a lot of attention to detail. Membership options are reasonably priced and offer great benefits.
Had a glass of wine and two appetizers with my wife before some shopping downtown. The staff was very responsive and friendly. Braden and Mo took great care of us. We split Mexican Egg Rolls and Ahi Tacos. The Mexican Egg Rolls are a can't miss. The John Legend Red Blend was our favorite wine. Can't wait to come back in the Summer once the patio is open!
Love, Love, Love! Get this flight at the bubbly bar join the wine club! Highly recommend the almond sparkling wine. Cheers!
As an avid Cooper’s hawk fan I was excited to make it to Esquire. They have certainly elevated the dining experience with great care and attention from the staff. They even made the time to give me a wonderful tour of the 4 story wine tower. It was a really cool experience. For starts we had lobster rolls and crispy Brussels sprouts. Honestly the best lobster rolls I have ever had. For dinner I had the Chef Carla skirt steak and shared a lobster Mac and cheese with fellow table mates. The food was delicious, and completely topped off with a phenomenal marshmallow topped banana pudding.
