Avaliação da contribuiçãoIt's very small and at first the lady walked very slow people missed our bus waiting. But after returning there mostly every morning she's much better and faster
They never put the pumps I order in my drink when I order mobile. My coffee is always bland and definitely missing ingredients. I had a coffee from another dunkin and the flavor was amazing since they actually put what I ask for. I'd rather go to thecoffee shop next door or Starbucks since I'm not getting what I'm paying for here. However when I order at the window I do getmy pumps, and I gotta give them a shout-out for being able to hear my order over the train noises.
This restaurant is always a fantastic spot to enjoy a few donuts and a delicious cup of coffee! I visit this place 5 to 6 times a week and I absolutely adore their breakfast sandwiches. I appreciate the variety of flavors they offer, which changes regularly to keep things interesting. Though they occasionally run out of certain donuts, it's understandable. Their iced lattes and coffees are consistently tasty. The staff always provides exceptional service to both me and all other customers I have seen.
This Dunkin' Donuts location in Chicago is the worst. They consistently overcharge customers and serve old and unpleasant snacks, despite the high prices. It would be better if they stopped selling old snacks and found an alternative use for them. It may be time for this location to consider closing and trying something new.
The food at this restaurant is okay, but it tastes like any other Dunkin' Donuts and is more expensive. I usually get two turkey sausage wake-up wraps, which are already overpriced at around $5.50, but at this location they cost $7.70. This consists of two small flour tortillas, turkey sausage, egg, and American cheese. It seems like a lot to pay almost $8 for. The restaurant only has a walk-up window, so it's unclear what we're actually paying for.
