Flagship Tavern Grill - Chicago

We ordered the 4 for $16 sliders, and the Merkts Blackened Chicken sandwich with an Old Fashioned and the Prickly Pear drinks. The drinks were on point! The sandwich was so good, the sliders were SPICY and packed with flavor so beware.

A really solid neighborhood bar. The service was excellent. They even remembered our drinks from the previous day. And everyone was super friendly. Plus, the bar turns into a bit of a club on Saturday night playing great throwback music. But stick to a liquor and a chaser as their mixed drinks could’ve been better.

Went for brunch Sunday mid-late morning. Not many patrons at that time. Server was very nice attentive. The drinks were virtually flavorless. I’m a gin guy and you taste gin with almost any mixer, but tasted none here. Not even vapors. Food was fine. Not great, but pleasant enough. We knew they were very new, so will give them some time May try them again.

This was my first time to Flagship. I was impressed with the food, the drinks, the facilities, and the staff. They even do a charity fundraiser every friday night which really impressed me. I will definitely be a repeat customer here!
