Italian Fiesta Pizzeria S Halsted St

Terrible service ....ordered through dd app for pick up. After receiving an alert that my order was ready, I arrived at the location and the order was NOT ready. 30 mins later a worker, told me it wasn't ready. The cashier chick didn't know when it would be ready. Horrible customer service and poor communication! Needless to say, I got tired of waiting, so I left and requested a full refund through the app!

Food is alright but not for the price and the wait times are ridiculous. Understaffed and the staff that are there aren't nice they're ghetto, rude and always on their phones I truly hate the service and wait but the food is usually alright I come once in a while every few years when I visit and it's never without incident ever it's so sad

Whenever I visit home. It's a must I get Italian Fiesta at least once. I grew up with family working here and been hooked since. The best hood pizza to me!!! It ai t good if ain't slide in the box

Straight dog food pizza never order from them again almost 3hours for this dog food please overrated

They don't deserve no stars. I was born and raised here 30 years. I live far away now for more then 18 years now. I wanted this pizza so bad and I regret it now. The girl taking orders was on her phone the whole time while taking orders. The wait time was more then an hour. Everyone pizza was burned. It was like eat cardboard. Mines didn't look burned on the side i seen til i got home and seen the other side. Total nightmare. This was 9/04/24. They need to be closed down or get a while new crew.
