Lou Malnati's - Lincoln Square

Similar to several other contributions, our experience was a dichotomy. deep teller for which we came was good, BUT service was bad, although our server was nice. worst food in many years. I said it was 40 minutes. after over an hour and to see that others who have come to us served, we have marked the server and the hostess. after 1:30 a.m. of waiting it finally came out. they had given us to an exile and had to make a new one. no manager anesthesia at any time and no one would have noticed that we were sitting for so long if we hadn't asked. pizza was only warm when we got it, so it sat already one, even after all! and this was the most recommended place for our first deep dish in chicago. Oh, we had just spent 2 days on the road, moving our daughter here and starving and exhausted.

The deep pizza here is always great, but the service is not so much. I usually get the classic deep dish and it is always great, even if it is delivered. it takes a long time to get, but this is quite typical of deep-grain pizza. the personal is nice, but in the ordinary not very attentive.

I praised lou malnatis! eating was over the top delicious! and the staff was really friendly and very professional. it was a very pleasant experience. I fell in love with her deep dish and butter crust? the tiramisu was also soouo good! I'm back in a definitiw, my new favorite Chicago-style pizza place!

Lou malnati’s is my all-time favorite deep-dish pizza. I love this place absolutely. it is one of the most luculrous restaurants I care about. even in large groups, you don't hear loud voices. the personal is always friendly and accommodating. we always order the “Chicago Classic” deep-court pizza. they are hooked to the first bite, it is so moist and tasteful. I also like pequods and ginos east, but it seems as if we always show up in lou malnatis.

This is the worst place for delivery I found a few hairs in my pizza. I am so disappointed because the pizza on the left the hair is actually baked into the crust. Examine your pizza upon arrival you will be surprised. FYI I made sure to allow them to keep the money I paid, I didn’t want another pizza and I am done with Lou malnati’s pizza I don’t trust there cleanses or delivery drivers. And that don’t close the pizzas up properly so the delivery drivers can drop, spit, or do anything to the pizza on purpose or accidentally.
