Renaldi's Pizza - Chicago

We tried the Alfredo chicken thin crust pizza, which was good. However we also wanted to try the cheese pan pizza, which looked quite dry and old, so we had to cancel that. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The interior ambiance for sure can be improved and made more lively!Food: 3/5

I just looked up recent reviews, because I was there just over a year ago. The pizza was great, but that was all they had. It seemed like they had not recovered, at all, from pandemic. Dark, understaffed, barely open.I am really hoping they've recovered. It was, potentially, my kind of neighborhood red sauce Italian place.

We tried the Sicilian pizza- very good! We also enjoyed the drink menu- fun tasty drinks! The new hot is on the walls are great and would have been lovely if there was Italian music playing and Italian beer available. Also would love to know the restaurant history- print on the menus? Seems that the history and Italian essence are fading but the food was a fabulous and staff super friendly!
