Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy Sales Marketing team and I, who are attending the Annual NASS Conference in Chicago, were looking for a fun place with games, food, and drinks for our group dinner. As the Experience Marketing Specialist for our company based in San Diego, I wanted to find a place close to our hotel, the Sofitel Magnificent Mile. After discovering Streeter's Tavern in my search, I was drawn in by their gallery and decided to reserve the private area for our group on a Tuesday night. To my delight, the tavern was only 900 feet away from our hotel. Streeter's Tavern cooks food on-site, but they also partner with restaurants to have food delivered after selecting items from their menus. The unique entrance, leading down to the basement, and the overall cool vibe of the place caught my attention immediately. Upon arriving before my group to set up, I found the dimly lit dive bar in the basement to be perfect for our team event. We all enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere with pool tables, darts, beer pong, and a jukebox, as well as the delicious food that was brought in. Everyone, including our executives, loved the experience at Streeter's Tavern. I would give them 10 stars if I could for making me look good in front of my colleagues and for providing a fantastic vibe. I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys a good dive bar experience. I am already planning to bring my family to Chicago and will definitely take them to Streeter's Tavern. Thank you to the outstanding staff at Streeter's Tavern - you are all rockstars!
The location was really interesting, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly. I almost missed it, but I'm glad I took a second look.
I hadn't been to this restaurant in years, so I was pleasantly surprised by how much it had expanded. The floor around the pool table was quite sticky (typical for a dive bar like this), but the service and beer were excellent. They had a wide variety of beers on tap to choose from. I do miss the giant Jenga game they used to have though!
My go-to spot for a beer after work. Big shoutout to Doug, who is definitely one of the top bartenders in Chicago.
This lively bar features games and relaxed bartenders. The men's restroom holds a special surprise that I won't reveal - you'll have to visit and see for yourself!
