Taco Bell - Chicago

The worst taco bell that I have ever been to service too long, my order was wrong. The person that took our order had a uniform from a different place. The Hispanic young girl working there yelled everyones name extremely loud. She was rude and talkedabout to the older Hispanic lady, in Spanish. Took them 3 times to make my order correct.

The worst meal to date. Friday night easy take out order, cant seem to get it right. Terrible customer service, terrible food, terrible soda (seems impossible). Soda was like tap water and syrup, no carbonation.. tortilla wrapped in tortilla, dog feedinside the taco, it was absolutely horrendous, waste of time and money please do not visit.

Nice restaurant. When you walk in there is a touch screen self service station as well as an option to order at the counter. Signs displayed to show where to order and pick up from. They also have a chill area. Nice and clean. Will visit this placeagain.

This is the 4th time I ordered food from here and they always seem to find a way to mess it up! I order food for my child a specific way due to her being picky and they seem to not know how to read since they can?t follow directions and always give mesomething I didn?t order or make my order wrong. This is unacceptable!

They NEVER include sauces. It?s really frustrating. I don?t order from here often, but when I do, I want the sauce packets. That?s half the reason why I eat taco hell. Please, just remember the sauce with delivery orders, or I swear to god I will annoythe beef out of you by just ordering 50 sauce packets multiple times. I mean if that?s what I need to do to just get some sauce,fine.
