Our server was amazing!! We sat on the patio for my friends birthday and he brought us shots and made sure we always had a full drink!

They were NOT open when we made our reservation. I was very annoyed and frustrated that they booked reservations when they weren’t open. There were several parties there for their reservation and everything was locked up. Ridiculous

If I could give 0 for a service review I would. We were the only table in the restaurant and had to ask for service

Cancelled reservation day of, due to a private party

Decent food, but terrible service and ambiance. Was tempted to just get up and leave several times. Waiter gave my friend a hard time/shamed them for ordering a dish in an attempt to discourage them from ordering it. He later admitted it was because the cook didn't feel like making the dish. No apologies were made or attempts to remedy this. Furthermore, lots of disturbing/unappetizing content on the TVs that made it hard to eat (fishes being gutted, a program about facial reconstruction, etc. They should be more aware/in control of what programming they're presenting diners with. I nearly lost my appetite. Would not recommend there are a million other restaurants like this one in Chicago and you'll have a better experience at one of those.
