Friendliest Restaurant in the city Hands down the Greatest Customer Service in the City of Chicago. Outstanding food and cocktails. My family made reservations to celebrate a birthday and was completely blown away by atmosphere and super friendly service. All great food options with fairly large portions. Appetizers were delicious. Cocktails well made. Entrees were so fresh and flavorful. Great music. Great staff. Great location. Perfect choice for a great time in the city. Server was Janelle, she was very kind and attentive to each guest in our party. Nice customer service with an attentive wait staff. Patio is near a bustling street, but you can dine inside. Decent Oysters cocktail shrimps. Yummy buttery cheese bread. Grapefruit Basil Martini Guava Margarita is a must try.Happy Hour cheersFood: 3/5

I've booked two private dining experiences with Tortoise Supper Club and they've always been such a pleasure to work with. Kelli is amazing and makes sure every detail is covered. The service at the dinners was impeccable and the food is delicious. They're a perfect setting for a team business dinner or event and are so accommodating.
