Mcdonald's - Chickamauga

One of the employees kids was running around and tried to grab my wife's hamburger then touched my 3 year Olds face. It was very inappropriate and the employee would come out and yell for him through out the entire restaurant. The cashier was great but that was the only good thing. Went through the drive thru everyone was very pleasant especially the sweet young lady taking our money (Abby). We go both during the day and at night(early morning) The crew during the day is by far much more friendlier. Worst McDonald's ever. Waited 30 mins for food and never received it. Asked for refund. No explanation or apology. Restaurant is a total mess. Completely disorganized. Whoever the GM or owner is needs to work on training staff on basic hospitality. Terrible
