Starbucks - Chilliwack

The worst. preserves 0 stars. 30 minutes in the car to get to the window so they refuse my drink. I've seen how they let my dishes flow. refuse to adapt my drinks. rude coworkers.

I got steamed milk with strawberry puree and it had a pink **** on the top and tasted bitter

Went inside because drive thru was taking so long, but that was no quicker. When staff were handing out drinks you needed 3 ears to hear because they were so quiet and didn’t make eye contact with anyone. I stood there for probably a minute after I got my drink waiting for anybody to acknowledge me for a sleeve, definitely not impressed with this location.

Fairly busy time but the staff still had our order done fairly quick.

Six employees one cashier taking order. She had to do cooking too. Went in to buy gift card and have to wait for more then 10 mins. She have to take order and cook. Two managements talking away while we have to wait. They should jump in and help the poor cashier/cook. Lack of cooperation. I was shocked.
