Valle Sausage - Chilliwack

This business was recommended to me as a preferred place to buy authentic German sausage for an Oktoberfest event.

Started by a true German sausage maker and continues with a Polish craftsman. No fillers, no gluten and delicious spices. I just wish that the pepperoni was hotter.

Great selection. I was wonderfully surprised when I tried out the Thai sausages and I keep coming back for more. Ribeye steaks are a great price, they're a little gristley but the price is good. Always friendly service and wonderful to have a good place in town that isn't a big retailer.

Very delicious sausages, fresh made in store...I love their kassler pork chops , they melt in your mouth ! And the bacon too, yummy and the pepperoni and chirozo and the lanyager... this place is a hidden Chilliwack gem!
